What it does

BlisxBench photographs the instrument screen and reads the values. It shows them to you for confirmation before anything is saved, keeps the photograph attached to every number, and exports the tracker layout your lab already uses.

One photo, three values

A single shot of a results screen fills several fields at once, not one at a time. The reading you were going to type three times is captured once.

You confirm every number

Nothing is written until you approve it, shown side by side with the photograph or transcript it came from. Unreadable fields are left blank and marked — never filled with a guess. This is the part worth being precise about: the software does not decide what your data says. It proposes, and a person confirms.

Hands-free when you need it

Dictate readings when your hands are gloved and your eyes are on the instrument. The transcript is kept alongside the value, so you can check later what was actually said.

Every value keeps its receipt

The photograph, the transcript and the original reading stay attached permanently, and the exported workbook carries that audit trail with it. A number questioned months later can be traced back to the screen it was read from.

Works in a basement

Capture never waits for a signal. Photographs queue on the device and upload when you reconnect — which matters, because instrument rooms are usually the worst-connected rooms in the building.

Share a project

Add a colleague by email and the project appears in their account, with edit or view-only access. Nothing is shared until an owner adds someone explicitly.

What the export looks like

Your own columns, in the order your tracker already uses, with standard deviations where you record them. Numbers as numbers. Missing values as blank cells — never zero. Columns to the right stay free for anything you add later.

Blank is not zero. A reading of 0.00 is a real measurement; a missing one is not. Conflating them corrupts the analysis downstream, so missing values export as empty cells and never as zeros.

Where it is not the answer

If one person records a handful of readings a week and the spreadsheet is accurate, BlisxBench is solving a problem you do not have. It earns its place when several people record into the same tracker, when readings are taken away from a desk, or when a result may need defending long after the session that produced it.

Who is it for?

Any team whose readings live on an instrument screen and get copied into a spreadsheet by hand. You define the fields, so it is not tied to one kind of measurement.

Do I need an account?

A Google or Apple account to sign in, and an eight-digit access code from your lab administrator. The code identifies your lab; it is entered once per device.

Does the AI decide what gets recorded?

No. It transcribes; you confirm. Nothing reaches your records until you approve it, and the original photograph stays attached to every value.

Does it work offline?

Capture does. Photographs queue on the device and upload when you reconnect.

Is my data private?

Every project is restricted to its members, enforced on the server. No advertising, no analytics, no tracking.
